Gym Facilities
As well as the carefully designed training facilities, we pride ourselves on the way our gym looks and feels. No ‘making do’ here. Smart designer changing rooms, a replenishing sauna and relaxing chill-out areas and juice bar make Urban Kings Gym unique. State of the Art
We started with an empty space and the opportunity to do things differently. Alongside our experts in charge of the training facilities, our team of architects and designers considered the gym as a whole, from the imagery to the audio, from the smart designer changing rooms to the relaxing chill-out areas and sauna in which to replenish yourself.
Main Area
Take advantage of the fantastic range of Life Fitness Resistance equipment available in our gym area. A full-size (19’) boxing ring features in the main work-out area, as well as 12 punch bags hanging at varying levels from the ceiling, a cage wall and two large dojo areas.

Cardio Suite
Our Cardio suite includes Life fitness treadmills, Upright Bikes & Cross Trainer, Schwinn Airdyne bike, Versaclimber and rowing machine. Members can access the Schwinn spin bikes when there are no classes running.
Sauna
You’ve put your muscles through their paces. Now relax and let the heat ease them. The separate male and female saunas are accessed from the changing rooms, so before you chill out upstairs, turn up the heat down here.
Changing Rooms
Bespoke. Elegant. Think luxury, not locker room. A place where a business suit feels at home and jeans and tees are happy to hang.
Juice Bar & Outdoor Chill Out
After the punishment – the replenishment. The Juice Bar is the perfect place to choose the right type of replenishment for the exercise you’ve just finished.
Offering a variety of Fruit Smoothies, Protein Shakes, Tea and Coffee.
