Steven Broughton

Boxing Trainer & Personal Trainer

Steven has been in the personal training industry for 10 years. During this time he has been exposed to a wide array of training methodologies and concepts, which he uses to get his clients in the best condition possible. Whether it’s training for a beach body or for a performance related outcome he has the tools to achieve the end goal.

Previously a national level track and field athlete, Steven has experience across a wide variety of sporting events and understands what it takes to compete as well as to get yourself in the best possible condition to compete.

During the last 7 years Steven has specialised in boxing. His last 4 years have seen him as second to boxing trainer of the year 2016 Shane McGuigan and  following that Ismael Salas a 2 time WBA coach of the year and trainer of 21 world champions. Under these two he was worked with multiple and multi-weight world champions including Carl Frampton, Jorge Linares, David Haye, George Groves and son to be world champion Josh Taylor as well as Olympic silver medalist and heavyweight prospect Joe Joyce.

During this period he has developed an understanding of how to build a fighter both physically and mentally in order to perform on fight night. He has refined his technical and tactical knowledge of the fight game and how to get the best of our both fighters and clients alike.
